April Aeration

Aeration pads are the most commonly used product to provide low pressure air to dry bulk material such as cement or fly ash. You can purchase the pads by themselves or with the mounting kit pictured here.

U25 Aeration Nozzles can be easily mounted to the cones of cement batchers and cement silos from outside which makes them particularly suitable for retrofitting or replacing aeration nozzles that require installation from inside of the bin.

A Concrete Plant Airbrator provides the benefits of both aeration and vibration in one product. A silicone membrane sits tight against the inside of the silo wall and introduces vibration to the material as air flows through it. These can be retrofitted into the opening currently used for larger pads with a mounting kit.

Still trying to use a compressor for your silo aeration? Compressors do not do a great job because of the constant flow of air required. A dedicated aeration blower can provide much more reliable service and consistent air pressure for your silo aeration needs.
