Hela Melki, a Tunisian singer, is renowned in the Arabic music scene for her diverse repertoire, spanning original Tunisian songs, traditional Arabic tunes, Arabic pop, and fusion music. Growing up immersed in Middle Eastern and Western musical traditions, she honed her exceptional singing talent from a young age, influenced by her father, a skilled keyboard player and singer. Participating in numerous music competitions during her youth, Hela gained widespread recognition.
Embarking on her own musical journey, she released her original debut song "Hokm Ezzaman" in 2003, followed by "Nghir Alik" in 2005. Hela's performances have captivated audiences across the Arab world and Europe, earning her the Medal of Culture in 2006. Notably, she collaborated with esteemed composers like Maestro Abdelhakim Belgaied and Kuwaiti composer Mohammed AlRowaished, contributing to the album "Ghazelni" in 2009 and releasing the single "Andak Garh" in 2014.
In 2018, after an eight-year hiatus, Hela made a triumphant return to the spotlight through MBC The Voice – Ahla Saut, where her powerful voice propelled her to become one of the final four contestants out of over 100 participants. With millions of viewers worldwide, she garnered significant acclaim and popularity.
