Hi all,

The sun is shining and the flowers are blooming! I hope you are finding time to get outside and enjoy it. Perfect for a walk, bike ride, or run.

A fun fact - April is National Humor month! It was founded in 1976 by comedian and best-selling author, Larry Wilde, Director of The Carmel Institute of Humor. It was created as a means to increase public awareness around the therapeutic value of humor. Laughter and joy lead to improved well-being, boosted morale, increased communication skills and an enriched quality of life. Research supports the idea that humor can lift spirits, alleviate stress, calm the body and strengthen the immune system. So, in the interest of good mental and physical health, feel free to tell a good joke on your next visit to our office. We love a good laugh!

Also, please note that we have returned to having office hours on Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm. The one upcoming exception is Saturday May 11 when we will be closed.

I welcome new patients! If you know someone who you think would benefit from my care, I appreciate your telling them to come see me. You are also welcome to bring someone with you to an appointment so they can see what a treatment looks like and talk to me about their particular issue. Many thanks to those of you who have already referred family and friends.

Take care and stay well!

Yours in good health,

Dr Dave
