Friends,
Thank you for partnering with Reach Out and sharing your prayers and finances as we continue to work with youth leaders around the world who are not only committed to reaching the younger generation, but who are also committed to coaching those called to that mission. We want you to see the result of leaders coached well.
A DEEPER LOOK AT THE IMPACT
OF COACHING IN UKRAINE

This month, Christina started an online coaching community who will be investing in each other over the next nine months. This is the type of commitment to coaching that is producing significant impact in the lives of youth leaders throughout their country. Here are just a few of the testimonies from current youth leaders benefited by a focus on coaching.

CREATING A SOLID FOUNDATION:
(Nadya - a brand new youth leader)

"I knew nothing about this ministry, but I felt God calling me to it . . . This coaching has united our team. We are at the beginning of the youth ministry, and I am glad that we received the right foundation. There is much to still learn and practice, but we are starting with our own personal relationships with Jesus."

EYES OPENED:
(A leader invested in
by Sasha)

"Through coaching, I became more open for others and less self-centered. I felt the Lord telling me to disciple a boy at our church. We started meeting regularly. We talked and prayed and read the Bible together. I taught him how to play the drums. Now, he is playing in our worship band. I'm so thrilled to see how his life has been impacted, and how my obedience changed my life."

CARING FOR THE HEART OF A LEADER:
(Olya)
Olya was involved in coaching five years ago as a Sunday School teacher. Now she leads ministry to young adults in her church.

"All my team is growing in their relationships with Jesus and praying for non-believers. Their personal walks with Jesus have been transformed."

SOLO MINISTRY TO SHARED MINISTRY:
(Lena)

Lena first heard about JFYM when Randy spoke at the Ukraine National Youth Leaders Conference in 2019.

"I was all over the place, tired ... exhausted. We were doing a lot with little results. The coaching was an eye-opening experience for me. Now our focus is on making disciples and on building our leadership team. I moved from a focus of me doing ministry to my team doing ministry. I've already seen a different result."

INTRODUCING JFYM:

Our leaders are introducing JFYM to new youth leaders. In March, a one-day Forum was held in Dnipro. 50 participants attended from six different churches and towns.
We are now combining our monthly newsletter with the monthly prayer letter, providing even more people the opportunity to join us as we pray over the needs and thank God for the blessings throughout this ministry each month.
