A GREAT NEW RESOURCE:
IDDSI IMPLEMENTATION GUIDES ARE HERE!
IDDSI Implementation is underway in many countries and we have heard stories of successes on both the broader national or regional scale as well as on the individual facility scale.  The Kempen IDDSI implementation project , along with stories from our global community has helped inform our newest resource – the IDDSI Implementation Guides.

We have created IDDSI Implementation Guides for:

These guides are useful to those just “thinking about” implementation, as well as those that are now committed to implementing the IDDSI framework in their facilities. You will also find a combined cross sector guide, illustrating how teams from different sectors can collaborate and how the implementation tasks line up.

These guides outline a number of key tasks, in a suggested chronological manner,  that may be accomplished across a 12-month period. They are intended as suggestions only and we encourage implementation teams to customize the guides to their own settings and culture.

Check out our website ! We have a number of our implementation tools and resources which are available to help support teams in their implementation. These can be found on our Resources tab .
