2018 Attestation Forms Are Open
Complete a Class or Program? Note it Now in HCM!

Wellness Participants who have completed programming in Community, Financial, Nutrition + Weight Management, Physical Activity, Stress Management or Tobacco Cessation in the first three months of this year are welcome to attest.
Just go log into HCM. Then click on Main Menu - Self Service - Benefits - Wellness Program Participation. The first tab describes the Incentive Guidelines. The other tabs show each of the Program areas. Just select the tab, certify and save. (Note: A Tobacco Cessation tab will only appear for those who attested to being a tobacco user.)

Looking for Wellness Champions
Help Create a High Quality, Energetic, Well-being Campus

CWRU Wellness Champions are on the front line helping share wellness news and information through word and action. Champions help shape our programming each year, they lead teams for fitness and other competitions, they share biweekly updates with constituency lists and act as a resource for wellness information for fellow faculty and staff.
Spend about an hour each month as a part of this dynamic and involved team.

This April, take a mini break with a massage. The Wellness Program works with 121 Fitness to offer seated massage to faculty and staff for only $15. Dates, times and registration links are on the Wellness Website.
