Communications Specialist (Part-Time)
The Communications Specialist is a part-time position (25 hours per week) that will manage and facilitate BEMA's external communications with our membership and industry communities. Cindi Benson is a Business Development Program Strategist at the American Academy of Family Physicians, where she manages affinity partnerships and career resources for family physicians. She has worked in healthcare for over 10 years. She graduated from Baker University with a Master's in Business Administration in 2015. When she is not spending time with her husband and 9-month-old daughter, she is cheering on her favorite team, the Royals.



If there is one thing that defines Sean Callahan in his consultant role, it's his understanding that he's really in a people business, not a technology business. He is a devoted advocate for the improvement of business processes and using technology that makes sense. Sean helps customers realize the potential productivity of their current staff, when the proper technology solutions are in place.


Christopher Lapine
is the Supervisor of Association Management Services at Allen Press, Inc. (Lawrence, KS). Chris has been with Allen Press, Inc. for 3 years and provides varying levels of business management and executive director support for multiple non-profit scientific, medical and academic associations. He also serves as Subject Matter Expert for fellow Association Managers as well Supervisor of Association Management Administrators on products, services and departmental processes. Chris graduated from the University of Kansas.
