Enhancing education through the appropriate use of technologies for all educators in New York State.

  • Congratulations to Michelle Okal-Frink and the incredible team at WNYRIC for executing another great Digital Pathways Conference last Friday! It was great to see so many of our Western New York friends as well as our friends in the vendor community! This event has become a staple for this region and NYSCATE loves being a part of it!

  • Last week was a bit busy (ok - it was CRAZY BUSY!) as we had an Annual Conference Planning Team meeting as well as a board meeting. I know we see everyone at events, but there is a ton of behind-the-scenes work that goes into all of our activities. The board voted on the slate for the upcoming board elections. Please make sure you take a moment to vote (once voting is open!). We have so many qualified candidates this year and it will be important that you use your vote!

  • I know we are still in April, but I have had 4 calls about the upcoming NYSATE Golf Tournament this morning! I think with the sun being out, it is just going to be a great time for everyone! I will be taking a final count in a few weeks, but I am pretty sure we are almost full, so if you are thinking about it - register now while you still can! We will have a great dinner after with the new board of directors and a personal tour of our upcoming conference facilities at Turning Stone by ME! I have held a few tours already and the excitement is just overwhelming!
