Redwood City Community Responds Survey: Share Your Input on Community and City Service Priorities

Redwood City wants to hear from ALL residents about your community and City service priorities. That’s why we’ve launched Redwood City Community Responds, to hear directly from you! Please take the City-wide survey to share your input.

Your responses help steer the direction of our community and are instrumental as we plan for a fiscally sustainable future. We look forward to updating you on the results of the Redwood City Community Responds survey!

Caltrain Electric Train Testing; Morning and Late Night Weekend Service Shutdowns in Effect

Caltrain has recently expanded electric train testing to cover the entire corridor from San Francisco to San Jose. These tests mark a significant step towards modernizing and enhancing rail service for both passengers and the communities that Caltrain serves. To minimize disruption to regular service, testing will be conducted during weeknights night between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. Residents may hear additional noise during testing hours, including grade crossing activations and train horns.

Please be cautious near Caltrain tracks at these times, as the trains may run quietly and could pass by unexpectedly.

Additionally, Caltrain will be adjusting weekend morning and late night rail service on the weekends of April 13-14 and 20-21. Riders should avoid Caltrain and seek alternative transportation if they are planning to travel during these times.

For more information about service impacts, please visit www.Caltrain.com/Status.
