Join Brian and Glenda for a powerfully healing session of Yin Yoga supported by the pure healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

Invite your whole self to shed tension and accumulated stress as we dissolve energetic blockages with a focus on the main energy centres situated along the spine.

This practice will be supported through guided breathwork, bija mantra and meditation.

All levels of experience welcome.

Our small group Hot Stone Restorative Yoga class is open to students of all levels and lineages of yoga with the intent of inducing deep relaxation and grounding.

This workshop will have the student moving in and out of three to four restorative poses, each held for long periods of time, using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. In every pose a minimum of three Hot Basalt stones will be gently placed on various parts of the body, including, hands, feet, stomach, spine and chest to further reduce tension from the body.

The benefits of hot stones are multiple and include stress reduction, increased blood flow, improved sleep and helps promote joint health. The weight and warmth of the stones combined with restorative postures and gentle hands-on massage will leave you feeling calm, grounded and peaceful, thus, encouraging overall health and wellness.

Space is limited to 4 participants so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot.

Join Michael for this deeply nourishing practice that will provide you with the guidance and tools you need to learn how to release tension and regain space and ease.


We will begin sitting in chairs addressing the tight muscles in the upper arms and shoulders with gentle exercises using stretch bands.

Next moving to the wall introducing you to self massage using tune up balls on the upper back, shoulder blades and upper arms.

Now that we are relaxed and things are beginning to move, we go to the mat and the foam roller for some lovely healing for the neck and shoulders.

This workshop will give you so many helpful techniques to keep your upper back happy and healthy.

Reiki is the universal life energy, called chi or prana, that exists in every living thing. As described in eastern healing practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda, Reiki energy travels through meridians in our body, which are essentially veins but carry energy instead of blood. If the energy gets sluggish or stuck in our meridians, this can cause stagnation in our body and mind.

As a hands-on healing approach, Reiki gently allows for the distribution and integration of energy through these meridians to increase overall well-being. With a calming effect on the nervous system, research shows that Reiki can help reduce pain, stress and fatigue. As a safe and non-invasive approach to health, Reiki is also used world-wide to assist in the healing protocol for a variety of ailments or we can simply use Reiki to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Reiki is open to everyone. There are no prerequisites.
