Church Finance Report

During March 2023, the Church received $6,003 in contributions as compared to $5,698 in 2022, an increase of $305 or 5%. On a year to date basis the Church has received $20,537 in contributions compared to $21,675 a decrease of $1,138 or 5%. Rental income from the Church's rental properties is $9,703 year to date as of March 31, 2023 as compared to $9,611 last year.

The Church had expenses of $28,588 year to date in 2023 as compared to $27,054 in 2022. The expenses included the ongoing operating costs of office staff, janitorial staff, utilities, and limited office supplies. The primary reason for the increase in expenses is higher than normal electric costs and costs associated with restriping the Church parking lot.

The Church has $25,572 of unrestricted cash on hand as of March 31, 2023 as compared to $59,489 in the prior year. The unrestricted cash on hand is sufficient to provide for approximately two months of normal recurring expenses.
