Here’s the Drill: COCA’s Helpful Resource for Learning About Prompt Payment and Adjudication

CCDC Document Webinars

Learn from CCDC authors with CCDC Document Webinars. Our winter schedule is focused on construction management (CM).

January: CCDC 5A and CCDC 17 webinar

The first webinar in the series will provide an overview of the key differences between the owner contracting directly with trade contractors (as seen in the CCDC 5A and 17) and the trades contracting with the construction manager (by using CCDC 5B). The document authors will then dive into CCDC 5A and 17, presenting the philosophy behind these CM methods and highlighting the proper use of these documents.

February: CCDC 5B webinar

Reinforce your knowledge of CM principles with the February webinar on CCDC 5B, under which the construction manager contracts with trade contractors directly. The CCDC authors will focus on the important provisions and how to execute the various options offered within this contract document.
