curb stop

Make Sure Your Curb Stop "Water Shut Off Valve" Can be Located, Especially In Winter Months!

All properties have a water Shut-Off or Curb Stop at or close to the property line. It is extremely important for these to be identified, especially in winter. A contractor hired by the homeowner or the homeowner need to properly mark and shut them off if needed. Neither Three Lake Water or CLCC staff are able. ( xxx)

cold flu season

Be Ready For Cold and Flu Season... Gesundheit!

Winter is upon us, so is flu season. Post holiday can be challenging for everyone. Let's continue to keep up safe practices when in public settings.

Guidelines for the 2023 Season

dumpster sign
  • Never open the compactor door while it's running!
  • Do not leave your trash on the ground.
  • If you can't wait until the cycle is finished, 2-3 min just come back later.

Dumpster "Do's and Don't's"

Please help out everyone in the community and staff with the trash. The trash compactor has been upgraded to compact automatically. This has significantly reduced the amount of time the staff spends dealing with the trash and saves CLCC money. The compaction is based on the number of door openings. After every 6th door opening and closings it will automatically compact.  If the trash is compacting the door must remain closed to finish its cycle. This is usually 2 to 3 minutes to complete. By opening the door while compacting disrupts the cycle causing the ram to stop for safety. Trash then will build up in the hopper until the next cycle. Also, do not leave your trash on the ground for staff or your neighbor to deal with. By allowing the compactor to smash the trash allows everyone room to throw away trash. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the office.
