The Clifton provides a smooth ride, no matter the speed or distance. As the fourth edition in the award-winning Clifton lineage, this shoe boasts maximal cushion and minimal weight. The Clifton 3 was good, but Hoka is always looking for ways to improve. So, what did they change?
First off, they made the Clifton 4 more adaptive than ever before. This means the shoe molds to your foot for a more comfortable and consistent ride. Hoka used new materials for better fit and breathability, and they improved the foam to increase longevity and rebound. Finally, they heard that the third-version was a little tight, so they widened up the midfoot. Mountain Goats Kids' mission is to strengthen children's lives by instilling a sense of accomplishment, determination, and confidence through endurance activities. Their goal is to provide a safe environment for kids to compete (both with themselves and each other) in the great outdoors. The Mountain Goat Kids trail run series is designed to be a family focused event but also challenging. They believe in today's youth and want them to understand they can accomplish more than they think they can. Their only limitations are the ones we put on them as parents. Sign up for their next event at Bear Creek Lake Park on July 16th!

Sun, Fun, Run! Escape to the Getaway 5K (and 10K!). This experience is designed for the entire family. No matter what your age, you're sure to have a good time. The Denver event will feature a 10K, 5K, a one-mile walk and a fun run designed especially for the kids. You can run, walk or skip the course. It doesn't matter as long as you're moving! The fun begins before the race, continues on the course and culminates in our beach-themed post-race celebration which will include vendors, music, food & beverage and a play area for kids. 10K finishers will receive a 1/4 zip, sweat-wicking pullover jacket, with thumbholes and an embroidered logo. All other race participants will receive an event t-shirt. 10K and 5K finishers will receive a specially designed finisher's medal. The Getaway 5K (and 10K!) will be fun for everyone!
