Briahna Joy Gray

Briahna Joy Gray served as the National Press Secretary for Bernie Sanders' 2020 presidential campaign and a popular podcast host who has recently come under severe criticism for making comments promoting blood libel against the Jewish people, denying the sexual violence committed by Hamas on October 7th, and actively defending students and faculty who called for the destruction of Israel.

In the wake of the October 7th, 2023 terror attack, Briahna Joy Gray made a series of inflammatory statements regarding the war between Israel and Hamas, displaying a troubling disregard for factual accuracy and the plight of victims. For instance:

October 13th, 2023: Gray falsely claimed there were no babies killed or abused by Hamas, and she denied any occurrence of rapes, stating it was all fabricated. She compared Israel to Hamas, alleging ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. This was all before Israel had initiated its ground invasion of Gaza.
December 4th, 2023: Gray tweeted, "Zionists are asking that we believe the uncorroborated eyewitness account of men who describe alleged rape victims in odd, fetishistic terms. Shame on Israel for not seriously investigating claims of rape and collecting rape kits."
She continued with another tweet, "Believe all women" was always an absurd overreach: women should be heard, claims should be investigated, but evidence is required. The same is true of the allegations out of Israel. But also, this isn’t a "believe women" scenario because no female victims have offered testimony.

Briahna Joy Gray continues to use Twitter as her source to spread mendacious lies against Israel, including blood libel and tropes like Jewish control. For example:

On February 29, 2024: Gray falsely tweeted, "Israel blocked food to Gaza and then shot Palestinians as they waited for food." However, reports show there were warning shots initiated by the IDF, and a stampede ensued in which Palestinians tragically died after swarming aid trucks in Gaza.
On March 13, 2024: In response to the possible shutdown of TikTok over security concerns, Gray tweeted, "A foreign government is influencing the 2024 election. I'm not talking about China, but Israel," perpetuating the antisemitic trope of Jewish control.
On April 30, 2024: Gray tweeted, "A small fringe should not be ruining things for everyone else" in reference to the "Israel lobby," hinting once again at Jewish control over the government or other sectors in society, which has led to violence against the Jewish community.

In the weeks leading up to the Spring 2024 graduation season, university campuses both nationally and internationally became hotbeds of violent protests. These demonstrations not only endangered the lives of Jewish peers but also advocated for the destruction of Israel and America, actively aligning with various terror groups. Instead of condemning the violence, Gray cheered on the protesters and dismissed the legitimate concerns of Jewish students by accusing them of falsehoods, including:

"No one is chanting against "Jews." They’re chanting against the genocide that the state of Israel is currently perpetrating on Gaza with American funding and diplomatic cover."
In response to a Jewish student giving an account of his assault, Gray tweeted: "I'm sorry, which Penn professor exactly is he alleging said: 'you're a dirty little Jew, you deserve to die'? If you heard a professor saying this, you should name them so there are consequences. If you didn't hear a professor saying this, it's a pretty disgusting lie."
Gray tweeted, "College protestors never called for the genocide of Jews. A Jewish state, however, has spent the last 2 months perpetrating a genocide in Gaza with US funding."

Gray persistently fails to grasp the historical reality: for millennia, there has been only one Jewish state. Such uniqueness does not apply to other religious groups throughout history and in contemporary times. Gray's stance indicates a distinct bias against Jews and their inherent right to self determination in their ancestral land, free from terror.

David Woycechowsky - Attorney

StopAntisemitism's highlighted the disturbing social media posts by David Woycechowsky, an attorney with IBM's patent center, where he proclaimed that Judaism is "just institutionalized racism," referred to Jews as an "international mafia," and suggested that Jews need to rid themselves of Zionists, effectively targeting the vast majority of Jews globally. This exposure led to significant public backlash, prompting IBM to take swift action and fire Woycechowsky.

Winifred Dajani - Home Health

StopAntisemitism exposed Winifred Dajani for spreading vile antisemitic views, including denying atrocities, labeling Jewish self-determination as supremacy, and distorting Holocaust history. Dajani falsely claimed on LinkedIn to have worked at Homebridge (care giving services) for 13 years, but Homebridge confirmed she never worked there and is pursuing legal action against Winifred Dajani.

Elom Tettey-Tamaklo - Harvard Divinity Student

StopAntisemitism identified Harvard Divinity School student Elom Tettey-Tamaklo, caught in a viral clip participating in an antisemitic mob harassing a Jewish student. Tettey-Tamaklo has now been charged with misdemeanor assault and battery, and violations of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act. These charges could result in up to 200 days in jail.
