Wild Blue Gondola

Anthem has contributed to the redevelopment of the Steamboat Springs Mountain Ski Resort consistently over the past three years.

Anthem completed the first phase of the new Wild Blue Gondola with the design of the lower terminal for the gondola and all site retaining walls and accessory buildings. In addition to the lower terminal, Anthem designed the maintenance building at mid-station and the platform framing and grading surrounding the gondola. Essential to the project was Anthem’s coordination with the gondola supplier.

Kevin Meyer joined the Anthem team in 2019 and now manages the day-to-day operations for Anthem's Steamboat Springs office. Kevin loves to connect with clients while collaborating with all members of the design team on projects big and small. With Kevin’s eye for the finer details, he seeks outside-the-box solutions and enjoys bringing value to the design process. Kevin has been an important part of the Wild Blue Gondola projects.

Villages at Impala

Anthem is providing structural engineering services on a four-building multifamily affordable housing project collaborating with Studio Architecture and the City of Fort Collins.

Mural Affordable Apartments

Located in Aurora and available Summer 2024, this affordable housing project consists of six, three-story apartment buildings and a single-story clubhouse facility. The foundation systems for the buildings are post-tensioned slab-on-grade and the general superstructure is wood framed construction.

Getting away from desks for a few hours, Anthem employees embarked on a scavenger hunt designed by team member, Lisa Wehunt, for a blended remote/local interactive team building event!
