EXTERIOR PAINTING
The Buildings and Grounds Committee is pleased to announce that our summer projects are getting underway.
We are starting by painting the entire exterior of the campus. Scaffolding is currently installed on the Main Building. The surface will be prepared for painting by power washing and fixing any dry rot. Then, paint will be applied.
The work is expected to continue through June. Then next, the Christian Education (C.E.) Building will be painted. The entire project is set to be completed by the end of July.
As part of a maintenance plan, Integrity Paint and General Contracting will power wash all vertical surfaces and do touch up painting as needed for the next five years. These efforts will ensure that our investment is maintained properly and the paint job has the longest life possible. - Jay Foreman, Assistant Property Manager

DOORKEEPER'S COTTAGE
All the windows are being replaced with vinyl/wood composite windows by Renewal By Anderson. The new windows will replace the old rotted non-functioning windows. The windows are guaranteed to last and come with a lifetime warranty for any repair work.
Inspection of the windows revealed that one was rotted from floor to ceiling. A decision was made to convert that damaged window into a back door given that all the framing had to be replaced. A door was installed and a small porch built to code. - Jay Foreman, Assistant Property Manager
