The Annual Meeting serves as the Federation's largest fundraiser.
We anticipate hosting four hundred agriculture attendees (including Black farmers, landowners, cooperatives, government officials, partners, and friends on Thursday, August 15th, and close to five hundred in-person participants on Friday and Saturday at our historic Rural and Research Center in Epes, Alabama.
As a non-profit, the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund depends on the generous donations of sponsors to help support our cooperative development, land retention, and advocacy efforts for our membership of Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives across the South.
Sponsor funding helps the Federation with:
-
Financial assistance for our membership and community of Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives with food, travel, and hotel stays during the annual meeting.
- Programming during the event
- Event marketing & communications
- Facilities & equipment rental
- & more
