The group begins with a heart meditation and check-ins. Then, we move into turns (usually 2) where group members get to do deeper personal work, using EKP for body psychotherapy work, coaching, personal reflections with feedback or a group discussion on a topic of interest. Whoever has the turn gets to choose the format that works best for them each time.
During EKP turns, other group members can participate as "helping hands," if appropriate and if they feel so moved.
After each turn, we do a meditation and give each group member a chance to share their own personal experience during the turn as a way to debrief.
