CPESN Texas has contracted with several health plans to manage high risk patients.

CPESN Texas is ultimately held responsible for  making a positive impact on  these patients healthcare outcomes and moving the health plans quality metrics.

Non performing pharmacies jeopardize the renewal of contracts and measurement of success for performing pharmacies. If you are unable to engage your patients 2 months after program opt in or if you choose not to opt in after 2 months , your patients will be redistributed to pharmacies willing to engage clinical services for these patients. 

Within these 2 months CPESN Texas will commit to communicating the program launch via 

1) All Members Monthly Meeting 

2) CPESN Texas Monthly Newsletters 

3) DISCORD Chat group 

4) Constant Contact Campaigns via emails monthly 

5) Phone calls to your pharmacy with at least 3 attempts to reach you
