I am writing to you because you are civic-minded and interested in our quality of life. My sister Anne Manning-Martin is running for re-election as Councilor-at-Large in the City of Peabody. She is your neighborhood voice, fighting the good fight for good local government. Anne needs your vote. The voters need Anne on the Peabody City Council!

Please help Anne fight for you and your neighbors.

Anne Manning-Martin is the Councilor that people turn to when they want action. When neighbors were upset about gigantic billboards and unsightly cell phone towers in their neighborhood, they turned to Anne. When neighbors' concerns about overdevelopment are ignored, Anne listens and addresses their concerns. Manning-Martin has established herself as the voice of reason, the go- getter, the budget-hawk, and the experienced, polished and effective city official who everyone counts on.

Anne speaks up for our seniors.

Peabody Retirees Deserved a Raise.

Anne is a budget hawk, but when it comes to Peabody retirees, she felt the City was being stingy.

Anne WANTS to hear from the voters and fights for your right to speak up.

When the public's right to participate in government was short-circuited by the pandemic restrictions, Anne spoke out and defended her constituents and fought for necessary improvements to ensure public participation even during the most difficult of circumstances.

Anne's leadership inspires.

It's not every day that an anonymous donor donates a decked-out car for Veterans to get to and from doctor's appointments and then THANKS a local official for inspiring them to make the donation! But that's what happened in Peabody.

Selfless donors donate car to Veterans.

THE DONATED SHUTTLE IS DRIVEN BY AN ALL-VOLUNTEER CREW! THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT STORIES OF VOLUNTEERISM AND GENEROSITY IN PEABODY.

Anne honors all of our Veterans.

Anne's deep respect for our Veterans and her sense of fairness was evident in addressing the placement of the Women's Veterans monument.

Anne's goes toe to toe with greedy developers and big corporations who are destroying our neighborhoods with ugly oversized buildings and other monstrosities.

Anne helped neighbors in West Peabody topple this monstrosity!

Anne battled against cell phone towers in South Peabody, until the City worked out a better deal for the neighbors.

Anne continues to fight the good fight...

Anne supports the Emerson Park neighbors who will suffer overcrowded schools, increased flooding, and dangerous traffic conditions.

Anne supports the Endicott Street neighbors who will live in the shadow of a high-rise in their single-family neighborhood already choked with traffic and plagued by car accidents.
