The Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Business Journal are pleased to recognize Pat Butler, of the Butler Automotive Group, as the 12th recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.


This award which is presented to a businessperson who demonstrates long-term business success, innovation, strong leadership and a legacy of community building.

 

Pat has spent 66 years working in the automotive business and 50 of those years with ownership in Ottawa. He has helped build a significant number of businesses, played a major role in the development of many careers, generously gives back to the community he calls home, all the while seeking no personal attention or limelight.

The Government of Canada and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce offer micro-grants to small businesses wanting to grow their business online. 

The Grow Your Business Online grant provides eligible small business owners up to $2,400 to get their business online and boost their e-commerce presence.


Recent program update: To qualify, eligible applicants must have at least one employee (other than the owner) OR have had at least $30,000 in annual revenue in the most recent tax year. 


Advisors are available to help organizations complete their applications, identify digital needs, provide links to resources, and answer questions.  If you have any questions, please contact: cdap@occ.ca.
