Dr. Ed Barnhart here -

I'm looking for just four more people to join me on a summer road trip through the little known ancient ruins of the Americas. From St. Louis, we'll zig-zag across the Mississippi River visiting over 4000 years of American pyramids. The journey ends in New Orleans where we'll hit Bourbon Street for a celebratory close of the adventure.

Are you the last folks I'm looking for to complete our fellowship of explorers and lifelong learners? Just click the links below to learn more!

Ancient American Pyramids
4000 Years of Pyramid Building Along the Mississippi River

Ancient American pyramids?
It's true - they exist, and many are well over a thousand years old. We've just been calling them "mounds", diminishing their importance and the achievements of the civilizations who built them. This Chautauqua travel course will bring its participants to see a number of those pyramids as Dr. Barnhart explains how they were constructed by advanced civilizations living in North America for millennia before first European contact.

There're only 4 places left in this course!
