AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM
THE ONTARIO ATHLETE
LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
NEXT STOP - CALGARY

Collectively we have walked over 10,000 KM and have completed over 65% of our journey through the Coast to Coast Canada Walking Challenge!

Continue to join us daily by walking indoors or outdoors.

Once you complete your daily walk, record the time (in minutes) you spent walking.

Be sure to continue to spread the challenge to your friends, family, fellow athletes, coaches and volunteers. Lets accomplish the Coast to Coast Canada Walking Challenge - together!
Track the amount of time you spend walking while continuing to practice physical distancing.
Do you know someone who does not have access
to the Internet?

Please let them know they can call in to the Healthy @ Home Coast to Coast hotline at: 1-888-333-5515 ext. 300 .
All they would have to do is call, leave a message with their name and how long (in minutes) they walked for that day.
