Bio: Peg Lonnquist, Ph.D.
Optimist, adventurer, and feminist activist, Peg's retirement portfolio includes volunteering for AARP, coordinating flash mobs for the environment, participating in a True North circle, and offering her favorite workshops (happiness science tips, how to be a social justice ally, how to be outrageous), and finally taking the time to meditate and exercise regularly (golfing, kayaking, Seniors On Bikes-SOBs). Before retirement, Peg worked at the University of Minnesota - for three years as the director of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and ten years as the director of the Women's Center.
