An Apology & A Request!
Greetings!
An Apology!

I apologize to you for the times we have been closed during our normally scheduled hours. I can assure you that we are not just playing hooky! You see I have 27 doctors and a dentist, and that doesn't count Ruth's. One doctor sees me three times a month! Others want to see me monthly and so on, until those select doctors that only request annual visits. And, this does not include hospital visits!

As you know, we are closed on Monday. Yet we still work a normal week. The reason for this is that we try to get doctor's appointments on Monday, when we have a scheduled day of closure. This scenario works for some doctors, and others, not so well [for example, the doctor that sees me three time a month always schedules for another day, usually Tuesday].

As we have our service to you, our customers, as our primary commitment, we strive to meet those commitments. As such we have, and still do, request that you call us in advance when you are coming to drop-off, pick-up, DIY, or just visit, because we do not want to miss you and not meet your expectations. The high cost of Gasoline and long driving miles for some can be avoided with a simple call to make sure we are here. If we know you are coming and we have your contact information, we will contact you in advance if there is going to be a problem.

A Request!

Our hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. with lunch closure from noon til 1:00 p.m. We have additional availability upon request. We have gladly scheduled numerous after hour and weekend requests, only to have the customer either not show up at all, or show up hours later.

Our request is simple: if you can not make your appointment, please call us.

Thank You From The Bottom Of My Heart!
