I am pleased and excited to announce that Michelle Meador has accepted the position of Director of Advancement for our school, effective December 1.
O'Hara's Director of Advancement supports all development and related administrative & public relations services for O'Hara. This role works closely with school staff, volunteers, SAC and Foundation members to advance the mission and vision of our school. Michelle brings a wealth of expertise in fundraising, donor relations, marketing and sales. She joins us most recently from Moss Adams, where she was the Regional Marketing Manager.
Michelle has served on the School Advisory Council for the last four years and is currently our SAC Chair. She played a crucial role in the development of our current strategic plan and has been instrumental in our accreditation process. Michelle will step down from her SAC role on November 1, and Judy De Leon Chavez will return as our SAC Chair for the remainder of this school year.
Michelle and her husband, Trieber have been O'Hara parents for 8 years; their daughter Paige is in 7th grade.
We are excited to continue the critical work of our Advancement office with Michelle. Please join me in wishing her a warm welcome!
