Last year, we launched a $228,000 project with People's Self-Help Housing to create Camino Scholars, an onsite learning program at Rolling Hills Apartment Complex in Templeton. Since then, 16 kids have enrolled and are attending DAILY sessions with mentor-educators. Recently, People's Self-Help Housing and must! charities presented to the Templeton School Board, which led to an increase in referrals. We anticipate doubling in the next six months.
