WCA Academy partners helped mark the occasion, including Deputy County Executive Kevin Plunkett. "It's so important in Westchester to have a trained and competent workforce," he said. "We call Westchester County the Intellectual Capital of the World, and what better place to start than the healthcare industry!" Plunkett and Pat Keegan, district director for Congresswoman Nita Lowey, commended the class for furthering their education.
