AireSpring received the award for its Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solution, which leverages AireSpring’s fully owned and operated nationwide SIP network to enable calling via the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) directly from the Teams app.

Some additional features of AireSpring’s Microsoft Teams Direct Routing include:

  • 24/7 AIreCONTROL ITSM platform where customers can re-route calls to another number, including a cell phone, in real time.
  • Direct Termination Overflow (DTO): In the event that Microsoft Teams has an outage, AireSpring’s DTO feature will automatically reroute those calls to another designated number.

  • Number porting so customers can keep their existing numbers and get new DIDs essentially anywhere in the US and Canada.
