Jill received her BS degree in finance from Florida State University and has completed graduate level courses in marketing, operations and management at Emory University.

James has more than 25 years of experience in commercial finance, lending, turn-around management, capital restructuring and consulting. He has held management and business development positions with leading national and regional asset based lenders. James currently serves as President of the Florida Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is active in the Commercial Finance Association and Association for Corporate Growth.

Mike is a finance professional with experience in investment banking and credit management. He brings a broad background to Aegis that encompasses banking, asset based lending, consulting, and capital restructuring. In his 25 years of diverse experience, Mike has held a wide variety of senior positions and developed expertise in business development, credit and turn-around management. His primary responsibilities at Aegis will be credit, operational policy compliance, and oversight of back office operations.
