To: Users of GPA’s Marine Terminal Operator Schedule (“MTOS”) No 5-A, No 10-A and No 11
MTOS 5-A, Rule 34-512 was revised to make it clear that a $125.00, per tank surcharge will be assessed to all ISO tanks regardless of the tank dimensions. Although the revised rule introduces a new term "Tank Surcharge", this is not a new charge.
