Chip Hart is the Director of PCC’s Pediatric Solutions consulting group and author of the popular blog Confessions of a Pediatric Practice Consultant (chipsblog.com). Chip’s 35 years of pediatric practice management expertise has helped hundreds of pediatricians increase their clinical and financial health. He has conducted many successful practice improvement reviews on behalf of his clients and worked as a consultant for the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the AAP Section on Administration and Practice Management (SOAPM).

Dr. Lander has been practicing pediatrics for 45 years. He was a past president of NJAAP, a part Chair for PAAC and SOAPM and served on COCHF. As an AAP CPT Coding Trainer for 35 years, Dr. Lander has presented at conferences and for Department of Pediatric Grand Rounds across the country. He has presented for the Pediatric Management Institute for over 15 years and has received two special achievement awards from the National AAP. He has published in many pediatric journals and newsletters.

Paul is the founder of the Pediatric Management Institute, an organization dedicated to offering a wide range of services tailored to pediatric practices of varying sizes and stages of development, with a strong emphasis on addressing financial and operational challenges. Additionally, he actively participates in advocacy initiatives aimed at ensuring healthcare access and education for children with special needs. His primary focus lies in conducting comprehensive financial analyses, encompassing practice expenses, physician compensation, and negotiations for managed care contracts.
