Hon. Gary Nadler (Ret.)
JAMS
Judge Nadler has developed a reputation for settling challenging legal disputes throughout his career as both a judge and mediator. As a judge for 20 years on the Sonoma County Superior Court, Judge Nadler focused on resolving complex civil matters and case management prior to trial. As a neutral, he is known for his clear and focused understanding of the factual and legal issues and understanding the personal dynamics of the parties.
While on the bench, Judge Nadler was elected presiding judge by his judicial colleagues for two terms. He was appointed to consecutive terms to the Judicial Council of California by the chief justice of the Supreme Court of California. He was appointed as a pro tem justice to the First District Court of Appeal in 2022.

Kenneth Gack
JAMS
Kenneth D. Gack, Esq. has been a full time neutral with JAMS since 1996. Prior to joining JAMS, Ken practiced in civil litigation since moving to Sonoma County in 1978, with practice emphasis in bodily injury, real estate, construction and commercial disputes.
As an arbitrator and mediator, Mr. Gack has successfully mediated thousands of cases in a variety of civil litigation settings, served as the stipulated Special Master in a wide variety of construction matters, and arbitrated over 300 matters. He was awarded the Distinguished Mediator of the Year Award from San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association in 2004 and is a frequent speaker on efficient and effective alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Gack was awarded the Career of Distinction Award by Sonoma County Bar Association in 2019.
