Thank you to all who attended the two Adult Leader Meetings over the past two weeks. It was great to engage with you and share more details on the Gathering and how we as a synod are hoping to engage with you and your youth while we are in New Orleans.

As promised this email serves as a follow-up to this meetings and includes a link to the presentation I used in the meetings and the link to sign your group up to engage with us during the Gathering.

Key Dates Final Reminder

Now-June 15: Required Adult Leader online training courses released via gLearn portal. All registered adults will be emailed information. Completion is mandatory and is to be completed by June 15.

Tomorrow, June 12, 2024: Final Day Synod Gathering "Swag" available for pick-up @ Synod Office in Madison from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

June 27, 2024: "Final Q&A" webinar hosted by ELCA Youth Gathering staff. Register online here.

Sign-up to Engage With Us!

As introduced in the meetings we have some amazing opportunities for your group to engage with the people of our synod through social media along with inviting Bishop Joy to share a meal with your group or come to your end of day "Final 15" devotion time. Marie and Pastor Jason are also available for these invitations as well.
