Meet the Author: Amy Webb
Join us to meet children's book author Amy Webb! Author of When Charley Met Emma, Amy's books teach kids about disability, empathy, and the beauty of friendship with people who are different than you. Stop by the Bowling Green Library's Meeting Room A&B on Friday, March 10 at 4:30 pm as she discusses her book and signs copies!

Be Mindful with a Meditation Session
Need a break from everyday busy life? Slow down and relax with Kristen Johnson from Growth Through Prana Yoga on Thursday, March 9 at 11:00 am in Meeting Room A&B. Kristen will guide you through a 45-minute mindfulness session that will help you learn to embrace the now. Register here.
Watch a Documentary During Our Film Festival
Film buffs: join us to learn a little about the world around you through our Pallister Documentary Film Festival on Fridays in March! Each documentary was purchased for the library with the Janis L. Pallister fund, which was established with the Bowling Green Community Foundation and provides the library with a grant each year for the purchase of documentary films. Our next documentary showing is on March 10 at 2:00 pm, featuring "Refashioned." "Refashioned" tells the story of three passionate people from Hong Kong that strive to disrupt the textile and recycling industries by innovating sustainable solutions to change mindsets and transition toward a circular economy before the landfills overflow. Make Maple Syrup at the Historic Carter Farm
Join us and the Wood County Park District at the Historic Carter Farm for some maple syrup making on Saturday, March 11 at 1:00 pm! Park District staff will share information about making maple syrup along with our Children’s Place staff sharing the story of 1957 Newbery Award-winning novel Miracles on Maple Hill. Learn more.

BG Welcomes Fry Bread Author & Illustrator in March
We're so excited to welcome Kevin Noble Maillard and Juana Martinez-Neal, the author and illustrator of award-winning children's book Fry Bread: A Native American Family Story, to the Bowling Green community in March!
