It is our goal to make sure that Moms In Motion clients remain "in the know" of upcoming changes that will affect their services. In an effort to avoid the service interruptions that some may experience due to delays when all 140,000 Molina members need to change MCO's at one time, we would like to offer guidance to our clients to start the process now. Currently, there are 4 other MCO's that are available to Medicaid members. You can compare these plans using these helpful tools!

DMAS has also released a memo stating that they intend to award statewide contracts for the CCMC program to Anthem HealthKeepers Inc., Aetna Better Health of Virginia, Humana Healthy Horizons of Virginia, Sentara Health Plans, and United Healthcare of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. This means that there may soon be an additional MCO available to choose from: Humana Healthy Horizons of Virginia.

The Helpline can:

• Answer questions about health plans
• Find out if your doctor is in the health plan you want
• Help you choose the health plan that is right for you
• Initiate a "Good Cause" request to begin the process now

Remember the process of changing MCO's will also include a change of fiscal agents for attendants and EOR's. Keep this in mind when choosing your MCO. Above you will see in the image which fiscal agents are currently contracted with each MCO. Please do your research to make the best choice for your family. The fiscal agents play a large role with your EOR in the consumer directed model of service.
