MassHousing’s new Mortgage Insurance Fund (MIF) Servicing System is now online!


Here's what you need to know:


How do I access the new MIF Servicing System?

You can continue to access the MIF Servicing System at www.emasshousing.com.


What do I need to do? 

If you have not done so already, there are several steps that must be taken before you and others in your organization can access the new MIF Servicing System:


  1. Set up your account. You should have received an email from Okta, our identity management platform. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your account. The email's sender will be no-reply@masshousing.com. If you did not receive such an email, please check your junk mail or spam folders.
  2. Provide contact information (Name/Phone/Email) for your organization's MI Claim, Primary Billing, MPPI (MIPlus) Primary and MI Defaults.
  3. Import/create user accounts for others in your organization who need to access the MIF Servicing System. You can import existing users from the legacy MIF Servicing System or create new accounts. 


Users in your organization cannot access the new MIF Servicing System until their accounts are imported/created and they complete their account setup.


Importing users from the legacy system

The new MIF Servicing System allows Administrators to import users from the legacy system. Please refer to the MIF Servicing Administrator Guide for assistance on migrating users.


Why am I receiving this notice? 

You are currently designated as your organization’s eMassHousing.com administrator. If you are not your organization’s administrator, please email MIOperations@masshousing.com with the name, email and phone number of the correct administrator.
