211 Does NOT Appear to be in the State Budget - Our Voices are Needed!!
Email your state representatives and senators NOW and ask them to support funding for 2-1-1 in Arizona’s budget.
Ask them to support restoration of state funding for 2-1-1 in the state budget.
Give them an example of why access to 2-1-1 services is so important, such as:
- People need access to services 24/7, not just during business hours!
- Services provided link people to food, shelter, child care, basics needs, etc… and even a referral for mental health!
- If people can access services early on, which 2-1-1 can help them with, they can avoid costly and traumatizing care.
