- As with all RFPs and in accordance with state procurement rules, HCPF may only respond to questions from potential bidders regarding the RFP through the official inquiry process. Potential bidders must follow the instructions detailed in Section 1.2 of Appendix A, Administrative Information in the RFP to submit their inquiries.

We would like to thank all of our stakeholders for the feedback they have provided over the past 18 months as we have developed this RFP. This collaboration is a critical part of continuing to improve the ACC. However, in accordance with state procurement rules, we are restricted from discussing the RFP until contract awards are formally announced and all protests and appeals are settled.
We know that many of the concerns stakeholders have for the transition to ACC Phase III center around the implementation and operations of new and enhanced programs. Once we are able, we will continue working with stakeholders on these key issues. Updates will be posted to our ACC Phase III Stakeholder Engagement webpage and will be shared through this newsletter.
