Regional Transportation District 1660 Blake Street Denver Colorado 80202

Dear Access-a-Ride Customer,

RTD is pleased to announce that Access-a-Ride will transition to QRyde, a new software platform, on Sunday, May 26. The new platform was specifically designed to improve customer reservations, scheduling, and dispatch functionality.

Sunday’s transition to QRyde follows months of testing, customer feedback, and a comprehensive assessment of the platform’s performance. QRyde replaces Routematch, RTD’s previous paratransit software platform.

Since February 2024, RTD has been beta testing QRyde and working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure the platform meets all goals and expectations. The months-long operational testing has focused on a full assessment of QRyde’s software modules, including reservations, scheduling dispatch, drivers, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), trip verification, auditing, and reporting.

While RTD expects this transition to be seamless for all customers, you are invited to ask questions or share feedback by replying to this email or visiting RTD’s online customer comments form.

Thank you for your continued support as RTD strives to make lives better through connections.

Sincerely,

RTD's Access-a-Ride Team
