TO DALLAS

Briargrove Place

DALLAS -- AccentCare, a home healthcare company, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Irvine, Calif., to Dallas. The company has signed a lease for nearly 33,000 square feet at Briargrove Place, a Class A office property owned and managed by Crown Sterling Properties at 17855 N. Dallas Pkwy. in Dallas. Brian Griggs and Tom Dyer handled the transaction for Crown Sterling Properties, while Steve Jarvie of Jones Lang LaSalle represented AccentCare.

VACANT WALMART SITE

SELLS IN HOUSTON

HOUSTON -- A site located at 22420 State Hwy. 249 in Houston that includes a vacant 54,768-square-foot Walmart facility has traded hands. Kiss Investment has sold the 4.67-acre site to P.S. Misstex, LTD, for an undisclosed amount. David Lee, Adam Ross and Courtney Carnahan of Transwestern represented P.S. Misstex, LTD, and Greg DeGeurin of DeGeurin Realty represented Kiss Investment.

FREE-STANDING WALGREENS SELLS IN SILSBEE

SILSBEE -- Stan Johnson Co. has completed the sale of a 14,550-square-foot, free-standing Walgreens at 496 Hwy. 96 South in Silsbee, located north of Beaumont. Brandon Duff and Brad Feller of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, a Houston-based developer, while Stan Johnson Co.'s Jim Gibson represented the buyer, an individual investor also based in Houston, in the transaction. The free-standing Walgreens is situated on 1.71 acres.

170,000 SF INDUSTRIAL LEASE
FOR VAL-FIT INC.

HOUSTON -- Val-Fit Inc., a Georgia-based master distributor of fittings, flanges and forged steel, has leased a 170,017-square-foot warehouse space at 9051 Spikewood Dr. in Railwood Industrial Park in Houston. Val-Fit's customers sell to the oil, gas and energy markets, which lured the company to the Houston market. The landlord, Weingarten Realty Investors, was represented in-house by Mary Jo Giammalva, while Val-Fit was represented by John Ferruzzo, Chris Kugle and Dustin Gilloz of NAI Houston.

NOW SPECIALTIES
INCREASES PRODUCTION SPACE IN CARROLLTON

CARROLLTON -- Now Specialties Inc., an exterior wall system designer, fabricator and installer, has expanded its corporate headquarters, production and warehouse space at Country Club Place by signing a 45,178-square-foot lease to become the largest tenant in the three-building property. Now Specialties occupies the entire 25,000-square-foot Building 3 and 20,178 square feet of Building 2 at 2122 Country Club Pl. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Acquiport DFW.
