Educators

Register

Middle and High School

Start the year getting to know your students with a multimedia personal narrative project that invites them to bring their whole selves into your classroom.

In this 2-hour interactive workshop for teachers on August 7, we’ll explore the creative possibilities of short films, audio essays or photo essays, then jump into media creation and project planning so you’re ready on Day One.

Elementary School

Each month, Science Trek looks at a different topic, with short videos available on the free PBS App. Find facts, games, links, a podcast, books, and teacher resources aligned to Idaho and national science standards at ScienceTrek.org.

Pre-K to Grade 2

Life's Little Lessons is a collection of fun and flexible resources designed for early childhood care providers, based on PBS KIDS' Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. It uses the PBS KIDS model of watch (watching video), play (playing games), explore (engaging in group activities), and share (communicating with families).

Families

Making Books in Grace

We had a blast at Grace District Library for Summer Reading! Our paper bag book activity was a hit. Thanks to all who attended!

Family Math Night in Jerome

Blossoming math minds in Jerome participated in our July Family Math Night. The research-based program focuses on building math positivity, confidence, and knowledge of math skills for families with children ages 2-5.

Contact IdahoPTV Education to bring Family Math workshops to your community.

Family Backyard Olympics

Creating your own family Olympic Games inspired by PBS KIDS shows is a fantastic way to unite everyone for fun, physical activity (and a little friendly competition).

Communities
