The General Election is on November 3, 2020. Registered voters can vote-by-mail or in person. The voter registration deadline is October 5. Early ballots mail on October 7. In-person voting will be available October 7-November 3. All voting locations will follow strict physical distancing and cleaning guidelines.

Here’s what you need to know to receive your flu vaccine:

Appointments are available throughout the months of September and October. Employees should review the City of Phoenix 2020 Flu Vaccine Program schedule to find a location, date, and time that works best for their schedule. Some locations will start as early as 5 a.m. and other locations will offer vaccines until 4 p.m. Employees can schedule an appointment online using Healthwaves’ Pick-a-Time portal. Employees do not need to be covered by a City health plan to utilize Healthwaves.

Employee and Household Member Option:

New this year, the Employee Healthcare Clinic in downtown Phoenix is offering free flu vaccines for employees and their household members currently enrolled in a City of Phoenix Health plan. This is the only location that is open to employees and their household members, at this time. Appointments are required.
