Summer Help

Lots of work will be taking place at ASCS this summer as we continue to repair the damages from the flooding and restore the building. We will be putting out a few sign-ups throughout the summer for volunteers to assist with demo, installation, and moving. All volunteers will receive credit toward the service hour requirement for the 24-25 school year. Please keep an eye out for those sign-ups!

Supply Lists & Summer Work

CLICK HERE to view supply lists for the 2024-25 school year.

Summer work is critical for students to retain the learning they achieved during the school year. The packets linked below contain exercises to keep skills sharp during the summer months. Please print pages one-sided to allow for activities that require cutting and pasting. Completed packets should be returned the first week of school. All students who return a completed math packet in the first week will receive a casual day coupon.

Freckle is available to current grades 1-7 students through the month of July.

Advisory Board Open Positions

We have two open positions on our Advisory Board for the 2024-25 school year. We are looking to fill the positions of lower hall representative (parent of a student K-3) and upper hall representative (parent of a student 4-8). The Advisory Board meets every other month and serves as an advising committee to school administration (August-June). If you are interested in serving in one of these roles, please email kstrausbaugh@allsaintscs.com. We will be accepting emails through Friday, June 14, 2024. Thank you!

Mr. Arnould's Retirement Celebration

We are so excited to celebrate our last day of school, closing Mass, and farewell to Mr. Arnould tomorrow! Mass begins at 10 a.m., regular dismissal after Mass at 11:00 a.m., and the reception for Mr. Arnould’s retirement will follow at 11:30 a.m.

We have close to 200 guests coming to celebrate Mr. Arnould, so please review the following parking instructions to ensure the best dismissal procedure.

All current students will be dismissing through loop. Following Mass, all students will return to classrooms for standard dismissal procedures. We will not be dismissing students through the office.

  • Current families attending Mass: Stack in rows for dismissal. After Mass, return to cars and pick students up through normal dismissal. If you are returning back for Mr. Arnould's reception, please park in the Resurrection lot.
  • Alumni families/guests: Park in the perimeter of the visitor or Resurrection parking lot to avoid loop procedure.

Mr. Arnould will be ready to welcome guests after Mass has concluded and all students have been dismissed. Light refreshments and cake will be served.

As always with any change, we ask for patience.

Thank you for making this year's Annual Auction and Gala such a success! Save the date for ASCS's 25th Auction and Gala on March 1, 2025!

Want to get a jump on next year's service hours? Join the auction team! We are currently looking for procurement volunteers to help us gather donations starting this summer. Tasks can be as simple as 5-10 online forms, emails, or phone calls. Contact Christina Warner at christinavwarner@gmail.com for more information.

What's Happening at All Saints

We were delighted to welcome the ASCS Class of 2020 back to school yesterday! We loved seeing so many alumni. Good luck in college, we can't wait to see what you accomplish!

Congratulations to Liam Sanderl and Daniel Sweetman, winners of the Rotary Club of Plymouth's Four-Ways Essay Contest! They received certificates, medallions, and Barnes and Noble gift cards at an awards luncheon last week.
