LEARNING OPPORTUNITY
Culture Change: Learning from People with Disabilities
Changes are coming in the Colorado Case Management system in 2023-2024!
These changes will affect people who get long-term services and supports (LTSS), their families, providers, case managers, and others in the community. This webinar is the first of a three-part series to listen and learn from the people whose lives are most affected by case management services. In this virtual meeting, we will talk about the culture changes that the redesigned case management agencies will need to take on, as they support people with disabilities and their families in the future.
This meeting is open to the public and will be most helpful for case managers who want to hear more about supporting people with disabilities and families, and for people with disabilities and their families to join and share their views and ideas about case management.

LEARNING OPPORTUNITY
Grant Writing 101
Changes are coming in the Colorado Case Management system in 2023-2024!
While participation in Colorado’s Case Management Redesign does not require case management agencies (CMAs) to seek grant funding, the Change Management work may help CMAs identify areas for growth that would require funding. However, grant application processes can be daunting and time-consuming! This Learning Collaborative will teach participants how to identify the right funding opportunities, evaluate go/no-go decisions, determine resources needed to write and collect information for applications, and how to design measures to track success and evaluate outcomes.
