RIVERSIDE CHURCH TO OPEN SEPTEMBER 8th

Riverside had a ribbon cutting prior to their open house last week and are having two weekends of soft openings with their current members that want to move from the Big Lake campus to call Buffalo their home. Then, on 9/8, they will be ready for the public to come and celebrate their new space and their new offerings to all!

They will have two services at 9:00 and 10:45. They offer kids programs from infant to teen. The climbing wall looked pretty amazing! They have seating for over 400 in the sanctuary and hope to fill the seats! They currently have 6 staff in the Buffalo location with 40 staff between the 3 locations - Big Lake (main campus), Sauk Rapids, and now Buffalo. They invite you to come and check them out!

There was a good turn out of Chamber Ambassadors (in the blue coats) to welcome Riverside to the community. Left to right, the Riverside staff are Skipp Machmer, Chuck Edwards, Tom Haley, Campus Pastor Nick Sickler, Lead Pastor Tom Lundeen, Roger Talbot, Eric Hiel, Glen McKinney and Blake Wellhouse.

DONNA'S BEAUTY BAR OFFICIALLY OPEN!

We introduced, owner Donna Huckin, a few weeks ago but the Ambassador group was able to get more of her staff (and family) together for a ribbon cutting!

Besides the Chamber Ambassadors donning their blue coats, you will find Brianna Quinn, Katlyn Speer, Donna and Samantha Noyes. The kids all love the big scissors!

We stopped by on Monday - the hottest day ever - and several residents of The Glenn were ready to say hello as they were staying cool in the AC. Both Melissa and I remember being born there (the original Buffalo hospital), so it's a trip back in time to visit. Thank you, Becca, for letting us pop in!
