Student Shout Out
Congratulations to ARC Beaver Hannah Lupe! Hannah's research paper “Searching for a Cure: Investigating the Endemic Low Youth Voter Turnout in Community College” was one of 80 selected from 252 to be presented at the Honors Research Symposium on May 4 at Stanford University. Hannah’s paper looks to understand the low youth voter turnout as a crisis of subpar civic education. Hannah is a Political Science major who will be transferring to UC Davis with a Regents Scholarship.

His mother followed her husband’s footsteps in 1995 when Javier was about to turn five. Zamora was left at the care of his grandparents who helped raise him until he migrated to the US when he was nine.
