Stay Healthy During Hot Weather

Take some simple steps to beat the heat this summer and keep yourself, your family, your neighbors, and your pets healthy! Remember to drink plenty of water; wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing; and avoid outside activities during the hottest part of the day, which is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Cooling down a few hours a day will allow your body to recover and tolerate the heat better for the rest of the day. Check out other summer health tips.

ARC Library’s Summer Hours

The ARC Library will be open for summer from June 10 to August 8, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
