FINFROCK, a Central Florida design-builder and manufacturer and one of that area’s largest employers, has completed an extensive search of South Florida properties, identifying the Glades Gateway Commerce Park located at 500 Orange Avenue Circle in Belle Glade, Florida for the company’s future expansion into Palm Beach County.
FINFROCK expects to invest more than $36 million into more than 140,000 sq. ft. of precast concrete manufacturing facilities and administrative offices, located on approximately 94 acres in Belle Glade, Florida. The plant will allow FINFROCK to better serve commercial developers in Palm Beach, Dade, Broward and Southwest Florida counties, while bringing much needed jobs and economic stimulus to the region.
Chamber Board Member Spotlight

Attorney Shannon Sagan has worked in the Glades over 13 years as the owner and president of Shannon J. Sagan, PA-1800FLA LAWYER. He is primarily a personal injury lawyer, but also handles estate planning matters.
Attorney Sagan helps people who have been seriously injured in various types of accidents. “We assist in many things, including helping clients get their vehicle repaired or compensation if it is totaled. We recommend high quality medical providers, ensuring the insurance companies are paying all the bills appropriately, assisting with compensation of lost and future wages, and assisting in recovery of long term and permanent injury damages. We also do wills, and trusts, in addition to estate planning.”
This year, Attorney Sagan is serving his third three-year term on the Chamber Board of Directors. He is currently the treasurer of the Chamber board. “The Belle Glade Chamber is much different than most chambers I have seen or been involved in,” said Attorney Sagan “The small hometown aspect, something that seems to be dwindling as population grows and Florida is getting bigger and bigger, has been kept alive. People in Belle Glade are active and care about each other and their community. I’ve made many long-term friends from being on this board.
In addition to his involvement with the Chamber, Attorney Sagan serves on the Leadership Glades board, the Thai Boxing Association and Sanctioning Authority, the Village of Palm Springs Parks and Recreation and is the Chair of Solo and Small Firm Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He also serves as PTO Secretary at Citrus Cove Elementary School
In his spare time, he attends classic car events and collects classic cars. He enjoys kickboxing and traveling. Ten years ago, he started a kickboxing apparel, gear and equipment company that now sponsors and gives financial assistance to some of the top amateur and professional athletes in the world.
Attorney Sagan and his wife Jessica have two boys, Avel, 8, and Noah, 2.
